1. Booking & Deposit
To confirm your Tour booking in Mongolia, a Deposit of 50% of the total Tour cost is required.
Bookings are not guaranteed until the Deposit is received.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the Tour start date.
For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Currency
All prices are quoted in USD / Pound Sterling unless otherwise stated. Payments can also be made in Mongolian Tugrug (MNT) based on the current exchange rate.

Changes to bookings may be subject to availability and additional costs. We recommend notifying us as early as possible.
7. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the Tour start date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
8. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, excluding bank transfer times.
9. Travel Insurance
All travelers are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergencies during their stay in Mongolia.
Kindly note that the invoice will be provided prior to payment for your booking.
