

General Payments
All bookings with Bayannuur Ilch Travel require payment according to the terms outlined at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and payment is received in full.
Full payment must be made before the commencement of the Tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposit Payments
To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The Deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and typically forms part of the total Tour cost.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit.

We accept payment methods as specified at the time of booking, which may include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment platforms. Additional transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method used.

Prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations where applicable. Bayannuur Ilch Travel reserves the right to correct pricing errors and will notify customers of any changes before confirming a booking.
Non-Payment
If payments are not received by the due dates, Bayannuur Ilch Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Payment Deadline
Final payment is typically due no later than a specified number of days before the Tour departure date (as confirmed at the time of booking). If the final payment is not received by the due date, Bayannuur Ilch Travel reserves the right to:
Late Payments
Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit. In some cases, reinstatement of a booking may be possible at our discretion, subject to availability and additional fees.
Payment Methods
Final payments must be made using the approved payment methods specified in your booking confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring that payments are received by us in cleared funds by the due date.
Currency and Charges
All final payments must be made in the currency specified in your booking. Any bank charges, transaction fees, or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the customer.
Credit Card Payments
Where credit or debit card payments are accepted, Bayannuur Ilch Travel uses secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store full credit or debit card details on our systems.
Payment Authorisation
By providing your card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. All payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.
If your payment is not authorised, your booking will not be confirmed.
Security
All credit Card transactions are processed using secure encryption technology to protect your payment information. While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic transmissions.
Charges and Fees
Depending on your payment method or card issuer, additional processing or foreign transaction fees may apply. These charges are determined by your bank or payment provider and are outside of our control.
Refunds to Credit Cards
Where refunds are applicable under our cancellation or refund policies, they will be processed back to the original payment method used. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to carry out fraud checks and to cancel any booking where suspicious or unauthorised activity is identified. We may request additional verification before confirming a booking.
Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated in the confirmed itinerary, the following items are not included in the tour price:
The tour operator reserves the right to amend exclusions depending on the specific tour package or seasonal conditions. Clients are advised to review their booking confirmation carefully for any additional exclusions relevant to their selected tour.
TIPS AND GRATUITIES :
Tipping is not mandatory on tours in Mongolia, but it is widely appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for good service. While all staff are paid according to local standards, tips are an important additional source of income for guides, drivers, and service personnel.
If clients wish to tip, the following general guidelines are suggested (per group, per day or per service, depending on the tour style):
Clients are free to adjust tipping amounts according to their satisfaction and budget. Tips should always be given voluntarily and directly to the intended recipient whenever possible.
The tour operator does not include gratuities in the tour price and does not collect mandatory service charges unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:
If a client wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice must be provided to the Tour operator. Cancellation charges will apply based on the date the cancellation is received, as follows (unless otherwise stated in the specific tour agreement):
Non-refundable services (such as permits, domestic flights, or prepaid accommodation) may be charged in full regardless of cancellation timing.
CHANGES BY THE CLEINTS:
Requests to amend confirmed bookings (such as changing dates, itinerary, or participant details) are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees or supplier charges.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY THE OPERATOR:
The Tour operator reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low participation, operational issues, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

FORCE MAJEURE:
No liability is accepted for cancellations or changes caused by Events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, political instability, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
The following cancellation penalties apply to bookings for tours operating in Mongolia.
NON- REFUNDABLE SERVICE:
Certain services are non-refundable once booked and confirmed, regardless of cancellation date. These may include:
NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellation or amendment requests for tours in Mongolia must be submitted in writing to the tour operator via email or an officially recognised communication channel. Verbal cancellations (e.g., by phone or through a guide) are not considered valid until confirmed in writing by the operator.
The effective date of cancellation is the date on which written notice is received by the tour operator, not the date it is sent.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that cancellation notices are received and acknowledged. It is recommended to request written confirmation of receipt.
